Timmy Sims, MANAGING MEMBER
As a managing member of FDL Construction, Timmy Sims studied construction management at Louisiana State University from 1998-2002 and has managed and developed over $50 million in various development and disaster recovery projects. In his capacity as company’s chief executive officer, Timmy developed and manages the procurement, safety, and operating procedures for FDL Construction to ensure clients receive the highest quality construction services that exceeds our clients expectations. Subcontract and procurement activities can only be approved by the chief executive officer.
Fred Schroeder, EXECUTIVE SUPERVISOR
Fred has 30 years experience in residential and commercial building construction. His experience includes implementation and management of operational activities. On a daily basis, Fred ensures the procedures for estimating, scheduling, and construction site management are followed for all FDL Construction projects.
Tommy Sims, EXECUTIVE SUPERVISOR
Tommy has 20 years experience in residential and commercial disaster restoration. From roofing to home rehabilitation Tommy as successfully rehabilitated many homes damaged by Hurricane’s Katrina, Super storm Sandy, and various hail storms throughout the country. His experience includes implementation and management of operational activities. On a daily basis, Tommy ensures the procedures for estimating, scheduling, and construction site management are followed for all FDL Construction projects.
Thomas Fulton, PROJECT MANAGER
Tom’s experience includes being a licensed insurance adjuster in multiple states and has an extensive background in disaster recovery construction. Tom’s daily works include estimating, material orders, and supervising construction activities for FDL Construction projects. Tom has 15 years experience in residential and commercial building construction as an adjuster, estimator and project manager.
Percy Land, PROJECT MANAGER
Percy has 30 years experience in commercial and residential construction. Percy manages FDL Constructions projects in our Texas operations.
Kelly Sims, OFFICE MANAGER
At FDL Construction, Kelly’s daily responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, collections, vendors, subcontractors, and all customer accounts.
